Troubleshooting

Problem:
When you attempt to connect to the SolidWeb servers, you get an error message that states something similar to
"You have been disconnected from the server.  Please close the connection and try again."

What's the cause?
This error usually means you don't have the proper protocols installed.  To make sure you have everything needed to connect to our service, it is advised you follow the instructions on this page carefully.  Pay particular attention to the section regarding the installation of the TCP/IP protocol.
